Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through:

1. Informal negotiation between the parties for at least 30 days
2. If unresolved, binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules
3. The arbitration shall be conducted in English
4. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
